IRAQ- During a business meeting at the office of Mr. Raad Hamza Alwan Al-Jabouri, the Head of Babil Governorate Council with the presence of Head of Consortium, they spoke about investing in Babil province and Mr. Raad Hamza Alwan Al- Jabouri promised to help and support Parazagros Yaran Consortium in order to take required licenses from relevant ministries and  provincial organizations to implement and execute the constructional projects in Babil
